$ ln -s /usr/lib/librxtxSerial.so "librxtxSerial64.so"
$ ln -s /usr/share/java/rxtx/RXTXcomm.jar "RXTXcomm.jar"

Reboot (or restart udev, log out and log in).

Plug your launchpad and start energia.
